Your data is collected when you contact me via the Contact Form on this website. By filling in the contact form with your data, you authorise me to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s subject line.

I do not hold- Financially sensitive information such as bank or credit card details.

Your data is collected so that I can contact you and to allow me to provide my services, as well as allowing me to deal with any queries you have related to those services.

I only process your personal information the purposes for which it is collected.
The circumstances in which I may share your data are:-
1: With picture framers and/or delivery companies to fulfill your order/commission.
2: To comply with legal and tax obligations.

Your personal data will not be transferred to any third-parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Where do I store your personal information?
The data collected is stored in digital format on a stand-alone computer maintained by the Data Owner. It is only printed in hard copy when absolutely necessary to perform a processing task.
 

How long do I keep this information?
I keep and process your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which I collected it, or for as long as necessary to do so for legal reasons. If at any time you request it, your data will be securely deleted.
