Polymer Clay
Individual 3D house portraits are created using polymer clay which is a synthetic modelling material. Each plaque is hand-built and therefore unique so any modifications can be accommodated. shrubs and trees can be added but I usually exclude house alarms, dustbins and satellite dishes. I recommend that the house portraits are framed but glass is optional. All 3D framing will be carried out by a professional framer and this is not included in the price.

As I work from photographs I require a large, clear detailed image of the front and sides of the building. Additional images of windows, brickwork details and any specific features may also be necessary. All sizes are approximate. Larger sizes are also available do enquire.
